Lobby is clean and front desk staff were helpful. Lobby has a bar/Starbucks. There is a firepit in the back. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to spend a night. Clean and quiet. Nice room. Comfortable bed.

The stay was pleasant and the facilities were nice and had lots of capabilities. Its right off the freeway which is very convenient. The people who work here were also extremely kind and helpful. One downside though was that the wifi was unreliable during my stay.

Clean room, good service, bar was pretty decent considering we had over 100 people come from a wedding.

I stayed the weekend of 5, 6 & 7 of August, 2017. The room was clean, but had a musty smell. the carpet did not feel clean under bare feet. The hotel did not appear at all crowded, plenty of parking spaces available near the entrance outside, but I was given a 2nd floor room with a view of a tall cement wall and giant air conditioners. Very depressing. The room did not have a microwave and I was forced to go down to the Bistro for hot water to make tea, which means getting dressed before you would prefer to. Bistro didn't open until 7, I was up at 5:30, the water they gave me was not hot enough to make tea, so i had to go to the concession area to use the microwave. I asked at the front desk if any rooms had microwaves and was told that only guests with executive membership got those rooms. Seriously, the lowest end motels have microwaves in their rooms. The prices in the Bistro were excessive for the quality of the food, and water was $3.00 for a generic bottle. No more Courtyards for me. I spent $347.00 for 2 nights. Back to Hilton's Embassy Suites where I usually stay, for a lot less money, a lot more amenities, free breakfast and happy hour.! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
