problem with Ford. I was not concerned about the car not getting me where I was going but it would have been proper to say something
about the trans.
Rented a car for a business trip from Philly suburbs to Boston area. The car was great, particularly because it was a hybrid and despite most of the driving being highway, achieved 48 MPG. But more importantly, the service was great and Matt and Emily were friendly and efficient. The trip was unexpected, but Enterprise stepped up and had a car ready for me by the time I arrived.

We had reserved a minivan but none were available when we went to pick up. Matt was very helpful in first upgrading us to an SUV that could fit us, and later following up and offering to find a minivan that was on our way and which met our needs better.
I had a very positive experience here and would definitely come back and recommend it to others. The customer service is great, friendly staff and minimal wait time.
