Best Buy should recognize these individuals for their honesty and hard work trying to find out what happened with my card. I was basically dismissed by Amex earlier so I'm glad with the outcome even though it could've been prevented by my carelessness

Wal-Mart level of disorganization... Looked to check that item I planned to buy was available in-store before I arrived. When I got there, the shelves were disorganized with the item nowhere to be found. When I asked for help, the employee was unable to provide adequate assistance.
Stop asking me if I need any help.
I was easily able to return my used router with the protection plan, after it was dropping 5g WiFi. They took it back no questions asked. Really nice.
