dropped a package here and the guy was friendly, super quick
Called this morning after receiving an email notification that I had a package to pick up. I'm not able to get there until Saturday and the pick up date says "by Friday" so I wanted to see if they could hold one extra day. The woman who picked up the phone asked for my name and sounded like she was rummaging through packages-- came back on the phone and said it wasn't there. I was confused bc the email said it was so I questioned her on that, confirmed the location, etc. She then told me "I'm the only one here so I really can't look through ALL the packages to find yours and I have customers that are here in the store that need help."
If you value customer service, this is NOT the store for you. This store has a rude staff member who has told me to go somewhere else. After filing a damaged package claim, they sat on it for a week after receiving it and said I had no right to be mad. Al, (Refused to give me last name), who claims to be the owner (Actually he is not per the UPS Store Corp Office) is extremely rude, and when questions arose that he has no answer to, i.e. why didn't you contact me about the claim you ve had for a week, actually laughed on the phone and responded with why is the universe the way it is, I don t know. When i said I will be doing business at the Royersford location from now on, his response was Good, we don t want you here. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!
Great service. I have used for shipping, printing and copying.
No one is ever there when the store is supposed to be open. Store opened over 15 minutes ago and it is dark with no one there.
Terrible way to handle that situation. I would've gladly given her my phone number and had her call me back when she was less busy, had she offered that.
